After full charges only can last 8 hours only,why?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Ionic is not holding a charge. Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a good charge. It might be useful cleaning the charging port pins using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?

Check that you don't have your GPS turned on. Eight hours is about right if the GPS is on all the time.
