I got my Ionic in the fall of 2019 and have had no issues until today. I finally updated my watch this morning from the app. I watched my Ionic load to green which usually means it’s completed, but my app was still “installing” with the loading bar having not moved at all. My watch is now flashing the Fitbit logo. My iPhone is pretty old and has been giving me a lot of trouble lately, so I closed out of the app and re-entered. Now my app cant even find my Ionic. My watch is still flashing the logo, but I can’t even turn it off and it won’t vibrate once connecting to power. Any ideas?
