After update, calories burned are too low

Since the latest update my burned calories are way too low.  Yesterday with 19346 steps calories burned were 2233 today with 27842 steps so far calories burned is 532. I know this is wrong. During exercise I use a myzone fitness belt and my calories burned there are 1543 so I know the fitbit is wrong. I've restarted the ionic, logged out of the app and back in, checked the units and all are correct. Any idea why the burned calories are so far off now?

@Elcyd A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. In this case, I would like you to confirm that your personal information is properly entered in your account, this could be the reason why your calories burned aren't correct.

Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned. If your device tracks heart rate, your heart-rate data is also included, especially to estimate calories burned during exercise. The number you see on your Fitbit device is your total calories burned for the day.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
