I am unable to sync a new clockface to my Fitbit after the newest update in September 2020 is anyone else having the same issue?

I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to change the clock face in your Fitbit Ionic. If you're but you're experiencing issues please let me know if you're receiving any error message that's not letting you change it. Is your Ionic syncing properly to your account?

There is no Today tab. There is no clock face tab. They have dissappeared and/or no longer exist. None of the directions on any of the fitbit answers work because the clockface tab is no longer there anywhere.

hi there, i am having the same issue, cant change the clockface at all. i use my computer to sync with no problems at all and ionic is upto date.have been through all the steps and still no go. any help would be appreciated. the sp02 is now available to use in australia and that is the reason i got the ionic to begin with( although i have had it for a year ). if im unable to change clockfaces at all then i will be changing to either Apple or Huawei this weekend
