After updating Ionic, GPS no longer working

Since last update May 2020 GPS no longer working. Wad perfect before.

@Maria_C_a It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know what you're experiencing with your Ionic. 

I would like you to check the following: 

- Make sure your Ionic is charged to at least 80%

- Make sure that you have a clear view of the sky when you start the exercise. Environmental factors, including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover, can interfere with your device’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. If the signal is blocked—either because you're indoors, underground, or due to another reason—GPS won't work.

- Avoid trying to start an exercise with GPS several times in a row, which can prevent your device from connecting to GPS.

Hi Silvia, thanks for the suggestions. I've used my Ionic for over 2 years and no problems with GPS working except on 3 or 4 occasions over the 2 years.
I'm aware of the points you highlighted and none applied. I'll keep trying and thanks again!
