So, if we did not have problems enough before regarding notifications on Fitbit gadets, they now totaly blew everything with their latest update.
Until now, one could recive notifications with some settings adjustments. Now its all gone.
Happy times! 🙂

@Badlands19 It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for letting me know that after you updated your Ionic your notifications stopped working.
I would like you to follow the troubleshooting on this article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? If after following this procedure, your notifications are still not working please let me know your phone operating system.
Let me know the outcome.

Hello,
And thank you for the reply.
I solved this matter, with the same solution to other notification problems I have previously posted.
I Find it funny Fitbit do not state this as a solution.
On IOS phones, by choosing "delete all settings" on the phone, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, and deleting the Ionic from bluetooth devices.
Notifications still not working if you choose "always", but it works when chosing "when unlocked".
Have a nice day!

Thanks for the info @Badlands19. I'll mention that when asking about a phone issue it is helpful to include the phone model. Otherwise we can only give generic help.
It also pounds like the update may have been for the Fitbit app.

What do you mean by “delete all settings?” I deleted the FitBit app on my iPhone XR and forgot the Ionic in Bluetooth, restarted device and phone - didn’t work. But I didn’t see anything in Settings.....is there somewhere else the darn thing is hiding? Thanks!

Hello,
I am sorry, i ment to say "reset all settings", on the phone.
You will not lose any content on your phone,
Only settings, that takes 5 min to do over.
Also remember to check "when unlocked".
It wll still work when the phone is locked.
Only this option works with Fitbit.
