After the latest update install my Ionic will no longer track anything... and the battery will only last about 6hrs. I have reset several times as well as factory reset. I have force stopped the App and restarted my phone. I have also unpaired and set up as a new device several times. Everything that I know to do has been done. I'm very disappointed and would really like to have my Fitbit working properly again. It has been almost a week. Is there anything I can do to get this thing working properly? Thanks 😎👎

My Ionic is doing the same. Every Fitbit product I have ever owned has been glitchy/unreliable. Will be moving to another brand soon.

Everything you described just happened to my IONIC after the recent update this weekend (doesn't even measure the HR anymore)….can't believe an update just knocked out my watch out cold!!! Did someone execute "order 66" ?!? LOL

Any chance Fitbit is sending out a new update to "fix" the latest update? Would be nice....just sayin.
