After updating Ionic, it's not syncing at all

Following firmware update, ionic will not sync & loses about 1hour per day... help!

@Thurstonau A warm welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate the details mentioned. I would like you to confirm that your operating system is compatible with the Fitbit app: 

  • Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher
  • Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

If you have a compatible operating system, please try this syncing troubleshooting.
