I have just done this update on my Fitbit Ionic and now it is not working at all
my screen is blank and I have done all the checks as stated and it still doesn’t work since this update happen this evening
help needed
I even removed off my phone and now I can’t get it back on as when it asks me to put a code the 4 number code in , I can’t because I can’t see it as screen as gone blank

Hi I’m having the same problem with my Fitbit icon how can I get help. I have tried holding down the bottom and the left button, and all three buttons. But it still does not help. It is connected to my phone and the green light in the back of the watch still blinks. It’s syncing but there is no screen display
