The new firmware update froze my screen. Only the Fitbit logo is on, you can not pair, can not turn off, can not use. Did all the resets, all the remove from account, etc. On phone with support 3 times. All same result. Out of warranty. Here's you a 35% discount.
Why would I purchase another product that it is obvious you broke with your update?
If it was only me, different story but many many people are complaining of exact same issue. Been a Fitbit user for 5 years, but no more!
