Since the latest OS update, I noticed that the following setting are no longer accessible (greyed out):

Brightness (set to DIM)

Do Not Disturb

Screen Wake

Anyone else?

Thanks, Deepak! It took about 45 minutes of trying to fix it myself and then Googling solutions but your suggestion WORKED. I can now see the screen to track outdoor runs. Thank you!

I now have this problem. Updated phone app, rebooted Ionic. Sleep Mide, Do not Disturb and Screen Brightness still greyed out. What can I do?

When updating I had to go back to reset my watch back to default settings. The only thing that fixed it. Try that !! Good luck.

Since basically every setting was greyed-out i changed my left control shortcut to quick settings and changed it from there

I contacted supported who were very helpful. I had the same problem of having most options greyed out.
This was the solution to my issue, which must have been set inadvertently…
From the initial clock screen, swipe left. Turn OFF “Do not disturb”, which is the MOON icon
That worked for me. 👍

Correction to above comment.

“Do not disturb” is the icon that looks like a do not enter sign. Sleep mode is the moon. Swiping left from the initial clock face and Turning off one or both of these should solve the gray out problem.
