AirPods not connecting with Ionic

My AirPods do not connect to my ionic. 

I have called service and they told me to wait for an update. That they do not pair together. 

I find that very hard to believe that for 8mknths now still doesn’t connect.  

any help would be appreciated.

Most users haven't had issues with connecting air pods. 

Their issue., because of the unconventional volume control chosen by apple, the user is unable to control the volume.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Singram11. I'm  sorry to hear you haven't been able to connect your AirPods with your Fitbit Ionic. 

 

As @Rich_Laue mentioned, most users haven't had issues with connecting AirPods. You can check help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
