Trouble Sinc with AirPods with ionic and volume bottom

At one point in September both of the volume and sincing with ionic were working correctly now they are not.

Hi @Swiffercute. It's great to see you here in the Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for the information provided and let me share that at the moment our Fitbit watches cannot control the volume on Apple Airpods, however your feedback will be passed to our team so they can continue working and improve our products performance. In the meantime, I'd recommend to use other Bluetooth headphones to connect them with your Ionic.
