My ionic is still having issues with the alarm app. Open the app, screen goes black, after a few (10-15) seconds the fitbit restarts. Only now every few days an alarm will go off that i didn't set as I obviously can't get in the app to set it. When is this problem going to be fixed

Dear @MatthewFitbit mentioned there be a fix for this in the next firmware update for the ionic.
When a update is available, fitbit announces in the relevant section.
When desired, it's possible to try to do a factory reset in the settings on the ionic itself, make sure to have recently sync'ed the tracker to the account.
It can be required to relink the tracker to the account and needing to set everything up again.
