Even though my phone and fit it set to sync all day its not doing so 90% of time what?

Hello @BezzaGB10, thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've found with the All-Day-Sync feature not working throughout the day.
Before considering other options, please try to remove your Ionic from the Bluetooth settings of your phone. Then add it once more and check if you continue to experience the same problem with All-Day-Sync.
Additionally, please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems and make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
