All sorts of problems

Up until a few days ago my Ionic worked absolutely perfectly. Now? Not so much and it’s driving me mad.

Currently my watch will only sync if I put the watch on charge. If I try to do it with the app it just says looking and can’t find my watch for some weird reason.

Then there is also the problem that as the day progresses my watch time falls behind the actual time. The only way to fix the time is to, again, put the watch on charge. So it becomes absolutely useless for telling the time.

Another problem is that now the battery drains really quickly for no apparent reason.

Ive been in email contact with Fitbit over all these issues for the past few days and, quite frankly, they’ve offered no solutions whatsoever and have been utterly useless. I paid £300 for this watch and I expect better.

EDIT -

I was finally told to do a factory reset but now that I’m trying to set it all up again when I get to the bit when you search for the Ionic in the app it can’t find the watch. Fantastic. Now my watch is completely useless.

EDIT -

Finally got the set up done but I'm still experiencing all the same problems with my watch - only able to sync if I put the watch on charge, and the time falling behind the real time.

Can someone please help me? I've been in email contact with Fitbit support for a week now and no one has been able to help.

I can only sync my Ionic if I put it on charge, not simply by opening the app.

The major problem is that throughout the day the time on my watch falls behind the actual time. This means that my sleep tracking and exercising tracking isn't accurate. For example, when I woke up this morning the time on my watch was more than hour behind the actual time, and when I exercise it says the session wasn't as long as it actually was.

Please someone help me with this.
