Allowing the Fitbit Iconic to be used for discounts from defective products

Fitbit should allow for this product to be used towards an upgrade from a defective product. My Blaze's battery lasts about 1 day. When I reported the problem to Fitbit they said I can have 50% off towards a new product, but the Iconic was not on the list to be allowed.

Hello @Billya13

Not many companies, if any, will give 50% off any product. With the Iconic being the newest of their designs, it's not going to be discounted so heavily.

Was your Blaze out of the warranty period? It's a pretty good deal to get half off any of their other styles. Have you checked out the comparison chart to see what's available? You might like to try another Blaze or even the sleek styling of the Alta HR.

It is under warranty, and I do not want to go down to an Alta. I just find it unsettling that they would say 50% off a new product and then in the fine print only allow certain products.

i had a same situation with my surge. So i just accepted a new surge as a  free replacement  rather than 50% off another watch except the ionic then sold it and put the money towards an ionic.
