I’m just setting up my new Fitbit Ionic, clicked the picture of alpine snow and now can’t access anything else on the watch despite pressing back button. Can anyone help please?!🤞😬

Hi @Wickster, nice to see you in the community.

 

It sounds like your Ionic has frozen. I would recommend trying a restart (here) to see if that fixes things.
