Always on IS available on Ionic

The Always On display IS available on the Nothing Special watchface under Settings.

I just downloaded it and it works.  Will measure battery life later.

When I follow these instructions the only 2 options I get for "always on" are manual (button) and auto (motion). There isn't an always on option. How can I have my clock face always on? What clock faces support always on? thxxx

The "Always On" display keeps the screen on, even when you're not interacting with the watch. Note that turning on this feature impacts your watch's battery. To change it, follow the instructions on this article. 

If you would like to install clock faces with the "Always On" feature, you could navigate the different options on the clock faces tile in the Fitbit app. Also, you could find them on this link.

This might work for the Versa 2, but it doesn't work for the Ionic which I returned yesterday. I want a smart watch that
shows me the time all the time without me having to do anything special.
