Another Dead Ionic

Are these things a 1 year warranty or 2 year warranty

Cant find my receipt for my Ionic at the moment I think I bough it in June/July 2018 it ran out of charge last Christmas and would not respond, tried everything and it eventually restarted when I was just about to send it back. I was so worried after that event  Ever since I've made sure never to let the battery goto Zero.   My Dashboard on my phone is telling me it had a full battery charge early Thurday but when I got up that morning it was dead as a doornail.

Tried cleaning contacts, tried leaving it charge overnight and all day. I tried a different charging cable, I tried another persons Ionic to verify my charging cable was working,  I tried left/bottom hold downs, I tried all 3 button hold downs, I tried all the things everybody tries when their ionic dies.

I dont get any signs of life when I try and charge.  when I tried somebody elses ionic that had run out of battery that charged fine in my charger so it snot the charger.

Pretty pissed off now, I keep hearing more and more stories about the exact same thing happen to other people, a workmate had his ionic only hold a charge for a day and he had to get it replaced and it was new,   right not I never want to buy another fitbit product ever again, Its crazy crazy priced to start with so you would think the device would last longer than this, it stays on my wrist at all times, never got a drop of bang and it gets charged before the battery runs out all of the time.

The standard warranty is one year from purchase but if you are in Europe then it's two years.

You claim by contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com
