I have different battery levels on my watch and phone app. Any suggestions?

Are they different straight after a sync? The watch will always be up to date but the app will show the level as it was when it last synced. If you do have 2 levels I would always trust the one on the watch.

Thanks Steve. Yes, the watch is the most accurate but mostly rely on my app & e-mail alerts when my battery is low. Last week I woke up and watch was dead with now alert. Since the app update several months ago I have not been having a good consumer experience compared to the previous version. Syncing each workout takes so much longer than before and requires bluetooth to be switched on & off at least twice or when desperate,restart my phone.
