My steps are showing up in my ap but won’t transfer to my online dashboard. I have deleted the ap and reinstalled it. I am using iOS.

Same. Every week for the last 3-4, when I am sent my Weekly Progress Report, I have two days of "activity" then nothing.
Last time I checked, I'm still here. Unless I died and no one has told me!

A warm welcome to the Community @msmithevv and @Hendy77. Thanks for the details you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting that you've tried.
It's pretty weird that you're not seeing your steps in your online Dashboard. I would like you to make sure that you're logging into the same account than your app. If you are but you're still not seeing the same data then provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing on both platforms.
Hey @Hendy77! It sounds like your Ionic isn't syncing some days and then when you receive the Weekly Report, it's not complete. I would like you to make sure that your Ionic is syncing everyday by checking the last time it synced. (Just go to your Dashboard and then under your watch's icon, you'll find this information)
