App crashes when trying to chance interval timer

For the past month or more when I go into the ionic general settings under exercise shortcuts and click on interval workout in an effort to change the interval times I get the notice "Unfortunately, fitbit has stopped.             Open app again or Send feed back"

I ended up contacting customer service via online chat.  They had me log out of my account on my phone and on my computer and then log back in.  That fix it for me.
