App is broken!

I downloaded the newest firmware for the ionic and the newest version of the Fitbit app.  When I go into the app and press the image of my device it immediately crashes.  This means I can't change any setting, download watch faces, apps, etc.  I chatted with support online for over an hour and nothing gets is to work.

Ok, so the issue with the app crashing was definitely the guest wifi network where I work.  The same issue repeated when I tried to do it again.  As soon as I disconnected from the network the app no longer crashed.

Hi @Ryan46and2, great to see you around!

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?  Since the watch seems to be functioning well, it may be an issue with the version of the app you downloaded.

I tried everything...  It finally started working and I am not sure why.  I think it may have been an issue with the Wifi network I was connected to but am not certain.  It seemed like once I disconnected from the network it started working.
