App not showing the manual sync option

My ionic have been runnig out of power lately. Seems like it only syncs automatically now. I've always used manual sync before. Can't find that option anywhere. If so, why ain't that possible, whats going on? I want my device to sync manually because it saves the battery.

@Tao75 It's nice to see you on the Community.

Thanks for letting me know that you manually sync your Ionic because it saves battery.

The manually sync option hasn't been removed from the Fitbit app. I would like you to make sure you're doing the following to do a force sync:

- Go to your Fitbit app

- Tap on your profile picture

- Tap on your Ionic's icon

- You'll see Sync now and All Day Sync

- Tap on Sync Now option

If you're still not seeing the option, please let me know the phone model you have and attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on your app.

Let me know the outcome.
