App not syncing with web

Hi I have an Ionic paired with my Huawei P10 Lite. All was well until 10/02/18 when the app stop syncing with the website. I am using 2.87 version of the app I have done the following

  1. restarted both the and desktop
  2. logged out and signed back in on both devices
  3. edited the dashboard on both devices

Still no joy

Any ideas ........................

Hi @Ajithh Unfortunately the phone you are using is not on the Supported Devices List. So although it may have been working, now something has upset the connection all you can do is to work through THIS Help Article on syncing problems and hope you can find something that works for you.
