I am facing the following issues now for almost 1 month. There is no resolution. I am planning to discard this watch and by some otber brand. Everynow and then the app stops working and I need to reinstall and switch off the mobile and restart. Almost 5 to 6 times a day my Fitbit Ionic display automatically goes to Alarm. Do let me know how to resolve these issues

It's great to see you on the Community @Satyajit. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that every now and then you have to uninstall and reinstall the applications. I would like you to restart your Ionic. Regarding the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit app, please reply to the following questions:
- Does your app stop tracking your data?
- Does your Ionic stop syncing to your account?
- What mobile device you're using?
