Thanks for getting in touch about your apps not opening. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
I would like you to confirm if you're experiencing this on the Fitbit app. If you're please log out from the app and force quit it. After this, log back in and check if you're able to enter data.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, let me know if you're using iOS or Android.
