Having received so many negative aswers (which, by the way, I share) I really wish to know if most people or just some people are disatisfied with this product?
I won't ask again if Fitbit Ionic is worthwhile buying. I just want to know who is satisfied with the device?
I am terribly deceived with my third trial.
Hoping that it is not everybody's case?

Timmy & Mike - I’m glad you had great experiences with customer service... unfortunately I cannot say the same. Two times now I have reached out to customer service with an issue of my watch no longer doing something specific that it used to do. Both times they had me go through several troubleshooting steps & when that didn’t work, they had me do a factory reset (& if you’ve ever had to do one then you know what a time consuming pain that is!) only to let me know when that too did not fix my problems that i could no longer perform my desired function as it was something they changed in an update. Why have me go through all of that when it’s something that can no longer be done? Very disappointed in customer service...
