Hi Fitbit,

 

Can somebody please give me an authorisation code to enable me to return my Ionic that IS NO LONGER working properly as per previous posts.

Unfortunately customer support do not monitor these forums. To make a warranty claim you need to contact them via contact.fitbit.com
