e: I have ionic. I do triathlons and during them I dont have time to manually switch from activity. It says it can auto detect but when I went under setting it wont detect till after 10 min is there a way to change that to 0 min to detect sooner or at least 1 min? If not I definately recommend it.

I've merged both of you posts so that users can reply to the one thread.
The minimum time you can set for auto recognised exercise is 10 minutes.
I would recommend posting your suggestion over on the feature suggestions board. Other users can then vote for it and the developers can gauge how much of an interest that feature has.

@Sassyfrass925 like it has been said, minimum time is 10 minutes. Are you sure you prefer auto tracking? If you do triathlons you will not get data coming from GPS. Your distance will be totally broken and you won't get your route mapped.
