@Koreysw if you've found a bug, your best bet is to contact Support and have it escalated there. This is just a community help forum. Although Fitbit do have a presence it's mainly populated by users helping users.

Best AnswerHappened to me on a 5K race I did Saturday (was my fastest but I somehow stopped the exercise so had to start and now won’t show up in Strava as my best)
and be happened again today
until fitbit fixes it I guess I will run without the cues.. which sucks
Best AnswerI have contacted the fitbit support, and sent them videos of the problem. If you want to escalate this problem, I would tell them that your having this issue too.
