Automatic queue settings

Even when changing the settings on the web app, the default cue setting reverts to 0.5 miles.

There's another thread about this but it is marked "solved," which may be preventing folks from knowing it's still a problem, years after it was identified.

It's great to have you here @andrewilliamson! Thank you for the research that you did before contacting us. 

 

I would like you to restart your Ionic and app. After, you've done this please try changing the cue and sync your Ionic to get the settings updated. Also, make sure that you have the latest app version

I followed your instructions (updating app and restarting it, restarting the Ionic, changing the default cue settings to 1.0 mile). The default changed on the watch to 1.0.

 

Now, about an hour later, it has defaulted itself back to 0.5 miles.

 

This is a bug that needs fixing.

We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.

 

You will need to change the settings everytime you're about to begin an exercise.
