Awaiting Fitbit Ionic refund for over 2 years

It has been almost two years since i applied for my ionic refund and I am yet to receive any feedback. This is unacceptable

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Rramsaran. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your Fitbit Ionic Recall refund. 

I understand how frustrating this could be and would recommend contacting the recall center again. 

This is a forum to get peer to peer assistance. Please contact our Customer Support Team directly.
