This morning I synced my ionic and all the stats were there. But this afternoon all the BR and HRV stats are gone! I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting the watch, but nothing helps! What to do? 🤷:female_sign:

Hello @Miac1975 and welcome to the Help forums. I see the same thing on my app. I use a Charge 4, so this is likely an app problem, not a device problem. Do you use Android or iPhone? I am an iPhone user.

@Miac1975 I didn't do any of the steps that you did, but my app view corrected itself. My stats are showing normally. I hope your stats fix themselves, too. But I will continue to follow this and report it to the engineers if more posts appear.
BTW, I browsed both the Android and iOS app forums and didn't't see any other reports. But it is something to follow.
