The back button on my Ionic has stopped working.  All the software and syncing is fine it just seems that the button itself is broken.  The other buttons are working fine. What’s the best way to get this fixed/resolved?

thanks

My back button stopped working a long time ago.  I recently saw a post on google, to press the back button, the left single button with lower right button,  This worked for a while but now, it resets and my steps are lost.  Oh well, fitbit seemd liked a good idea, but with all the issues with sincyhing, and now this, I question if it is really worth it.

My back button has stopped working a week ago. I tried resetting, shutting down, restarting. To turn my fitbit on, I have to hold the back button and right lower button.  Once I swipe or tap, I can not get back to where i originally was. Is there a solution to this problem?
