Can I buy a replaceable band or do I have to buy a whole new product? The band is coming loose on both the left and right sides of the watch interface.

You can buy replacement bands from the Fitbit store here: https://www.fitbit.com/store

Or Amazon has a wide variety of third-party bands available.
