I've had my Ionic since new (Nov 2017) and battery was fine until recently when I've started to notice a significant deterioration in 1) how long the battery lasts from a full charge and 2) suddenly "dying" when the battery is still at 10-15% charge - this is particularly noticeable when I turn on GPS for running. For example, I went on a 5km run this morning and noticed as I left the house that the battery was at 13%, it lasted less than 0.5km before it powered off.
Should I contact Customer Support?

If you have tried severzl restarts and it hasnt helped, then yes, contact Support (link in my signature)
