My Ionic has been great until last week. I changed nothing on it and it now charges super slowly and the is depleted after a couple hours from 100%.
What is Fitbit's policy regarding this? Will they support replacements after 3 years?

I have had my Ionic for over 5 years. I have had to do a few hard updates from time to time, but it always comes back. I swim with it and wear it every day. My only complaint is the battery has worn down. I used to be able to go 3 days without charging, then 2. Now I charge almost every night which defeats using the sleep tracker.
