Battery Draining in an hour on my Ionic

Hi everyone,

I bought in December 2017 a FitBit Ionic. Until 3 days ago, everything was ok with it.

Since 3 days, the battery is now draining very quickly. From 100% to 0% in less than one hour without any activities. After checking the messages in this forum, I have updated the fitbit with the last version and I have also done a factory reset but the issue is still remaining.

Could you please check on your side what's wrong and if I need to replace it.

I have bought it in Best Buy Canada.
