I have my fitbit for a little over a year now but ever since Friday the battery on my Fitbit started drawing quickly (less then 24 hours on a full charge. I also noted the the green HR light is now constantly on. This is what I have tried so far:
1) Multiple restarts
2) Turning the HR monitor on/off. This did nothing to the green light, it is still constantly on.
3) Doing a factory reset.
None of these strategies have worked so far. Is there anything else I can try?

I charged my Charge 2 to 100% earlier today. After a couple of hours, and the green light brighter than usual, it completely ran the battery down to 0. Any suggestions?

No answer from me. I had to get a new one because mine was not turning on again at all after a few days. I was only 3 days out off the one year warranty and the best they could offer was 15% of in their store (which was still more expensive then all the sales elsewere).

Welcome aboard @GaryD562 and thanks for your reply @Murmelkatze.
@GaryD562 The details that were shared in your post are appreciated. Because the battery drain root cause can be the heart rate sensors that seems to not be working as expected, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
@Murmelkatze Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with the assistance provided by our Customer Support team. I recommend you to contact them back for more information and also check our warranty policies here.
I'll be around.
