Hi there,

i have had my fitbit versa for 2 weeks now (2 charges lasting 5 days each with exercise each day). I charged it on sunday night to 100% and on monday it completely drained throughout the work day alone. i also noticed the backlight, which i have set to 10 seconds, would stay on and wouldn't turn off. charged it again last night before bed, put it on at 10pm to wake up at 6am and it was at 50% already and still backlight would stay on. I've turned off quickview, turned screen onto manual

what else can i do and why is this only happening now?

The manual setting should certainly keep your back light off except when you choose.  However, I would try a Restart to see if that will allow use of the auto setting again.  Try that and do it several times if necessary.

should drastically improve battery life to entice more people to upgrade or even buy the watch... it has a lot of nice features compared to the charge 2, but battery life is quite alarming if it only lasts 4 days.. they should improve technology for something that lasts at least 10 days without recharging...
