Battery not staying charged

Just wondering if anyone else is having same dramas, last week my Fitbit went crazy & said I did 100,000 steps (I didn’t) & then switched off & now it is only staying charged for a few hours rather than a few days like previously.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic showed that big amount of steps and you didn't track them. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you. Please check your email inbox.
