Battery short life

I'm at my wits end here...for the past two months I've been unhappy with my Ionic battery performance.  My battery doesn't last four days.  I don't have music on my device, I use GPS maybe four times per week and I don't use any apps.  If I'm lucky, I get two days out of the battery.  I reached out to Fitbit customer service because they've always been great about remedying situations.  I've been a Fitbit customer since 2012.  I followed their instructions to a tee and did their battery test FOUR times. They keep sending me the same darn instructions (see emails below).  Has anyone else had a similar experience?
