Battery status bar in the wrong place on the screen

When I swipe up on the home/clock screen (to get the screen below) I have my screens arranged to show the steps this hour page as the first one. It used to have the battery state and date bar at the top of the first screen, but somehow it has shifted itself to the bottom. I can't work out how to get it back at the top where I believe it should always be? It won't let me drag the hourly steps screen down past the battery bar, and it won't let me drag any of the screens further down up above it (although I can swap all those around amongst themselves, but only ever staying below the battery bar).

The biggest problem is that it will no longer let me swipe down, to get back to the home/clock screen from the hourly steps, which is a total pain.

There must be a solution to get this back to normal? It's been stuck like that for months now, and driving me mad!

@b-mike   I had the same thing happen to my Versa.  I did a factory reset and it cleared the problem.  Open the Settings app > About > Factory reset.

Sync your Ionic before doing this.  It will be removed from your account and you will have to add it back by setting up a device.
