So disappointed ! My Fitbit ionic that I have had for less than 2 years will not charge. I’ve tried cleaning the outlets, resetting, updating my app and borrowing my husbands charger. The screen just remains black. So sad - for the price I paid I would have expected it to last longer 👎 does anyone else have any suggestions that I haven’t tried.

I’m facing same issue. Costumer support won’t help if warranty is expired. Apparently is a software issue that is bricking your ionic. So far no luck, Fitbit won’t offer repair options. I’ll file a formal complaint in their website.

How are you going about filing a formal complaint? I would like to do so as well. Given the crazy number of folks who have suffered the same issue with these watches, it sounds like there's something very fundamentally wrong with this device. I will not be re-buying until they can guarantee that this will not happen again and I'll just have to re-buy after another 18 months.
