My Ionic was fully charged on Friday. Went for a hike on Saturday and noticed in the afternoon the screen was black. I tried every help thing I could find to reset, refresh the watch. The only thing it did was at one point give me a 15% battery on the app when I put it on the charger. It did not charge at that time. Now Monday am I tried everything again. I was able to get a vibration from it and was able to fully charge it, but still the screen is black. When I wear it, it shows my HR and steps in my app. My Fitbit is about 1.5yr old. Not sure what to do? Any suggestions?
