My IONIC won't charge anymore. I have run my battery down before and I know how to force a restart. I even bought a new charging cable because I assumed that was the problem. Apparently that was not the problem. I would love to be informed if and when a solution to this problem becomes available. It appears that I am not the only one having this issue.
I did do the update. Please tell me that they didn't send out the coronavirus to all of our IONICs throught that update.
(too early?)

Mine is doing the exact same thing! Ever since the update it’s been at 0% it’s been impossible to charge and I even bought a new charger just like you it’s worked so well. Up until now. I have heard of other people having problems with their Fitbit but mine has always worked wonderfully until two days ago. Is there anything that can be done?

I have found no answer to the problem yet. Hopefully there will be a solution sometime. Even if it is the update that messed things up, my IONIC won't charge enough to update to get the fix.

I have the same problem. Have managed to "hard restart", pushing all 3 buttons at once for like a minute, but the battery will drain almost immediately... Another problem I am having is that I can NOT access the settings app on my watch, it will simply not go in there. Please help, I am desperate and on lockdown in South America, which doesn't help much!!!

I talked to tech support and they are replacing it because it was under warranty.
I will talk to tech support again when I get it if it needs to have the new update installed.
