I have my fitbit ionic since oct 2019. And 2 days ago the screen went haywire. At first it turns blurry and then it totally turns black. I tried changing the clock face already and the factory restart based on the forum recommendation to no avail. The light at the back is still working and when I check the apps it still sync when I sync it. It also vibrates but the screen is totally black.
