I bought an Ionic yesterday at Best Buy. Upon loading the software for the first time, I noticed two black vertical lines on the left side of the screen. I tried a restarted and a hard restart to no avail. I sent a message to Fitbit which they promptly answered with more questions. If I can find another copper/blue ionic in my area I may just exchange it. But, if anyone has an idea I will listen.
